Responsible for managing engineering capital projects including mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and architectural. Responsible for managing utility projects including ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, HVAC, electrical distribution, hydraulics, high and low pressure air and high and low pressure water, warehousing and employee welfare areas. Responsible for managing process related projects including mixing, forming, enrobing, frying, freezing and packaging.
The Associate Regional Manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales for specific direct and indirect Northeast customers.

The Internal Auditor is responsible to perform moderately complex operational, financial, fraud, and compliance related internal audits. The Internal Auditor will also assist other members of the internal audit team with information systems audits and consulting projects as appropriate. Ultimately, the Internal Auditor will assist the department in providing to management an independent evaluation of business, process, and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
This position is responsible for optimizing existing and developing new bakery products from burritos and various other forms such as mini bites, empanadas: includes tortillas, breads, etc. The incumbent shall have a thorough knowledge of cereal science and baking technology to deliver products that fit design requirements. This position focuses on all grains, cereal ingredients, products and bakery manufacturing methods. The right candidate must be able to identify resources required to develop products and procure them. The Bakery Technologist shall work closely with a cross functional team to communicate product requirements manufacturing feasibility. This position will include optimizing product quality via improvements in ingredients, processing and formulation. Cost saving initiative will be taken to lower rework and waste. New bakery equipment and technology will be explored, evaluated for possible competitive advantage. Time on the operation floor will adjust recipes for maximum speed and workability at the lowest possible cost. Knowledge of labeling requirements and health benefits through recipe ingredients will allow “wellness” positioning if requested by Marketing.
