It’s All Thanks to Grandma Rosie
Our story begins in 1964, when Fred Ruiz made his first enchilada with his father, Louis, using family recipes passed down from his mother, affectionately known as Grandma Rosie.
Today, we have a bit more help in the kitchen — over 4,000 team members’ worth — and we’re making far more than enchiladas. What hasn’t changed is the care that goes into every recipe.
