  • 1 Family Pack El Monterey® Burritos or Chimichangas, defrosted
  • 2 12 Oz Cans Red or Green enchilada sauce
  • 1 11 Oz Can Mexican Corn, drained
  • 1/2 Cup Black Olives
  • 2 Cups Shredded Jack and Cheddar Cheese
  1. Thaw and halve eight El Monterey® burritos.
  2. Spread evenly in a baking pan.
  3. Cover in enchilada sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes
  5. Enjoy!

    For food safety and quality internal product temperature must reach 165ºF.
