El Monterey® Beef & Bean Burrito Bake
- 1 Family Pack El Monterey® Burritos or Chimichangas, defrosted
- 2 12 Oz Cans Red or Green enchilada sauce
- 1 11 Oz Can Mexican Corn, drained
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives
- 2 Cups Shredded Jack and Cheddar Cheese
- Thaw and halve eight El Monterey® burritos.
- Spread evenly in a baking pan.
- Cover in enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 375ºF for 40 minutes
For food safety and quality internal product temperature must reach 165ºF.
