El Monterey® Chicken & Cheese Enchilada Bake
- 1 20-Count Box El Monterey® Chicken & Cheese Taquitos, partially thawed
- 1 Large Can Enchilada Sauce
- 2 Cups Mexican-blend shredded cheese
- Spread 20 taquitos evenly in a baking pan.
- Cover in enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.
- Top with tomatoes and green onions.
For food safety and quality internal product temperature must reach 165ºF.
