El Monterey® Fully Loaded Taquito Nachos

  • One 20-count box El Monterey® Taquitos, frozen
  • 2 cups refried beans (16oz can)
  • 1 cup Mexican-blend shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • sliced jalapeños, if needed
  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F (Cook instructions may vary by flavor)
  2. Spread 10-12 frozen taquitos evenly in an 8x8 baking dish. Do not stack or overlap taquitos.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
  4. Layer refried beans over the top of the taquitos, followed by ½ cup shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are heated.
  6. Layer the remainder of the ingredients.
  7. Enjoy!

    For food safety and quality internal product temperature must reach 165ºF.
