El Monterey® Fully Loaded Taquito Nachos

- One 20-count box El Monterey® Taquitos, frozen
- 2 cups refried beans (16oz can)
- 1 cup Mexican-blend shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- sliced jalapeños, if needed
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F (Cook instructions may vary by flavor)
- Spread 10-12 frozen taquitos evenly in an 8x8 baking dish. Do not stack or overlap taquitos.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
- Layer refried beans over the top of the taquitos, followed by ½ cup shredded cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are heated.
- Layer the remainder of the ingredients.
